Excellent location for our purpose of visiting families Positive: Communication was excellent Negative: Very small basin in bathroom, but managed ok

Fantastic easy break for the 3 of us. Positive: Location was perfect, for everything in Manly. Very easy to get keys. Communication to property own was brilliant and easy. Melodie was there to help with any questions we had. Negative: Managing the hot water for showers and baths. We were told and it was written on our sheet but we just kept forgetting.

Good location Positive: Location good

It was plesant, but a little below par. We found the local Tourist information Centre very helpful. Positive: The central location was convienient. The facility was aired as requested for my allergy problem and hypo allerengic toilet paper was provided. That was much appreciated. Negative: The bathroom was unsatisfactory, too small and not wonderfully clean, the stairs particularly problamatic for elderly people. face to face office could have been more helpful. An initial explanation of how to use the facilities and what problems to expect. e.g fridge was not level and often stayed open, or came open spontaneously, resulting an alarm. The spare bed was not satisfactory for our 10 yr old grandaughter. The free Wi Fi was good, BUT the TV was useless, only one station was available and no buttons on the remote worked (except on/off).

Amenities were perfect for our stay. Positive: Location excellent. Short walk to shops, restaurant and esplanade. Negative: The weather! The apartment was very good although there possibly should be a mention of the stairs for older people or those with a disability.
